Jadhavpur university is a really good and reputed university. It offers many undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Speaking of Bachelor's in political science the minimum eligibility is a pass in 10+2 with 50% aggregate. And you had to answer their written entrance exam whose merit list will be coming out mostly in the second to last week of July 2019. So I would advise you to keep checking their official website and the cutoff of the marks required will be mentioned there.
