If you are aiming for CSE at NIT TRICHY and not having home state advantage then you need to score around 280 plus in JEE MAIN.

You can easily get any top NITs  by scoring 120 above marks in jee mains if your category is st.Also you need to score 65% in your 12th board exams if your category is st.For more cutoff related details click on the below given link:

Above 200 will be enough to get into top NIT college with ST caste. If you want state based reserved NIT then 80 - 100 will be enough.
