Hey.
The cut off for admission in Vardhman Mahavir Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi under the State quota for the general category was a rank of 270 and a score of 640 marks. The cut off for admission in this college under the All India quota was a rank of 116 and a score of 652 for the general category. Hence a score around this range would be required for a fair chance of admission here according to the previous year trends.
Best of luck

Dear Sir/Ma'm, for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test the cut-off is 50th percentile for General that is 118-691 marks, while it is 40th percentile for Scheduled Caste that is 96-118 marks, while it is 40th percentile for Scheduled Tribe that is 96-118 marks, while it is 40th percentile for Other Backward Caste that is 96-118 marks. Irrespective of the college, these are cut-offs you have to reach.
