In 2024, to get into the BTech CSE branch at IIT Bombay, candidates needed to be among the top 65 candidates in the JEE Advanced AIR list. This meant that to get a JEE Advanced AIR of 1 to 70, candidates needed to score at least 285–290 out of 360 marks.and land between the 85-95 percentile in JEE Main.
