It's difficult to say anything before exam...
Its depends on the level of paper..  The toughness of exam,  number of students appears in exam etc...  And state of candidate.. Etc..

The cut offs change every year of all colleges depending upon various things like difficultly of paper, number of students giving the exam ,etc. 

If you want MBBS in government college across India then aim to score above 580 in NEET.
