You have not mentioned which state you belong to. Last year, a score of 500 or above remained to be a safe zone for obc category under the All India quota. It also depends on the state quotas. For example, to get a seat in the government medical colleges in UP, 500 would get the best colleges which is not so in the case of states like Tamilnadu for which the scores are extremely high.
