Can I expect to get KGMU mbbs at 601 marks ?

Hey.

The cut off rank and marks respectively for admission in King George Medical University, Lucknow under the State quota for general category in the previous year was 6,573 rank and  572 marks.
For admission under the All India quota the cut off for the  General category was a rank of 893 and a score of 613 marks. Hence for a fair chance of admission here 580+ would be a safe for under the State quota and 610+ would be a safe for under the All India quota.
Best of luck
