Dear Ritesh, if you are applying to King George's Medical University (KGMU) Lucknow for the 15% All India Quota seats, then kindly note that the last Unreserved candidate to secure a seat through NEET 2017 All India Quota obtained a NEET Rank of 725, translating to 635 marks out of 720. If you are applying as a UP domicile candidate for the 85% State Quota seats, then kindly note that the last Unreserved candidate with UP domicile to secure a seat at KGMU obtained a NEET Rank of 6573, translating to a UP State Rank of 769 and a score of 572 marks out of 720. Therefore, going by NEET 2017 trends, aim for a score of 635+ in NEET 2018 to secure a seat at KGMU as an Unreserved Candidate under All India Quota and a score of 572+ to secure a seat at KGMU as an Unreserved candidate under State Quota. Hope this helps!

Hi Ritesh, Marks required for a prestigious college like KGMU under general category will vary according to the difficulty level of ques in neet 2018, students opting for kgmu and various other factors... Also you are opting it under 15% AI quota or 85% State quota is make a difference...in 2016, UP state rank 220 got the last general seat with NEET AIR was 1749 and exact marks scored was 549......In 2017...it was much higher marks more than 600....So around 630 - 650 will definitely book a set in KGMU,,,,,,,,,,,Best of luck

As there is nothing out for NEET 2018 cut off for KGMC, Lucknow under AIQ seats but as per previous year information the closing rank was 725 so the marks range should be 600+ as this would be the suitable score to get admission there. So plan and prepare accordingly so that you can easily get seat there.
Good Luck!!!
According to 2017, the cut-off rank in Unreserved Category was AIQR 725. To get into college, you should score above 650.
More than worrying about marks, I suggest that you focus on the preparation for the exam. Check out this link for a few tips:
