Hi

There is nothing like a free se at even in government colleges , you have to pay fee it's just   that it is very low when compared to private medical colleges

Your profile suggests that your domicile state is Telangana. Assuming you from general category

Predicting the marks required to get a seat in a medical/dental college is quite difficult but when we go through previous year trends then

In neet 2019 ,  427 marks for general category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks  that got a bds seat in a government college under Telangana state quota  and it was for MEGHANA INST OF DENTAL SCI, NIZAMABAD

You can check the same at

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-telangana

But yes,

Cut off keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the neet examination, kind of marks obtained by students  in neet , toughness level of the neet examination, number of seats available etc.

So ,   to be on the safer side, so you should try to get at least around 30-50 marks in comparison of 2019 so you should target at least 450 - 475  marks

Now , limited time is left for your neet 2021 examination, so focus on preparation, go through the chapters , practise questions and then revise them, go through mock test papers once you are done with complete syllabus. To help you in your preparation we have neet knockout for you :- https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet
