I hope you are doing well, You should atleast score 75% or above in order to come under 500 rank in PGCET Karnataka for MCA Course. Well aiming to come under 500 rank is good. But you have to work really hard and have to prepare and get the concepts of every little thing. When you aim for such ranks you work hard as well for that so get going and do well.
