BJ medical college, Ahmedabad is one of the good medical colleges in Gujurat. There are a total of 250 seats.

As for how much score you need to have:

a) If you have the gujurat state domicile then i would suggest you try to get a score of above 550-560 if u belong to general category.If you have reseravtion your score should be around 430-450 or above.

b) If you want to try for BJMC through AIQ counselling then yiur score needs to be above 610+ for UR and 480-500 or above for reservation.

According to last year the cutoffs were as follows:

-Under 15% AIQ counselling UR-620;SC-492;ST-478

-Under 85% state quota UR-557;SC-440;ST-332

This analysis is on the basis of last years cutoffs. Cutoff trend tends to change every year depending on several factors like number of candidates, difficulty of paper etc.
