Delhi University does not provides btech courses......
So better you check dtu( Delhi technological University)

Dear Hirendra,
In Delhi University there is no Btech course.
There are only B.Sc , B.A and B.com courses.
So for Btech you can go for IIT's ,NIT's and IPU.
