You have not mentioned the state you hold the domicile of , and you have just mentioned that you belong to obc category . Do let us know your state of domicile so that we can help you in a better way as cut off marks varies from state to state

In general , as per previous year cut off data , you should try to get at least around 580 marks in NEET examination  if you want to get a seat in government medical college

For example, last year in UP
in neet 2019 , lowest marks required for obc category for getting a seat in government medical college under state quota was 573 for mbbs and it was for Medical College, Bahraich
