College has not given any value for the seat matrix. For PG program AU accepts GATE/GPAT and APPGECET. So students are in high number and seats will be comparitively less. This indicated that the competion will be high.
As for the stipend part, you have to work for some organisation to get a stipend. That organisation can be Andhra University. There are programmes kept for stipend you have to apply for those and work then you will get a stipend.
