As per the information available there are a total 1, 18, 316 MBBS & BDS Seats available in India for NEET 2020. Of these, about 80 thousand are MBBS seats which include 41,388 Government Medical seats as well as 1107 AIIMS, JIPMER MBBS seats.

Dear Gourab, there are approximately 30, 455 Government seats and 36,165 Private seats and 151 Central Seats. Every state except for Jammu and Kashmir, Andhra Prasesh and Telangana participate in all India Counselling leaving 15% seats of their State. The rest 85% is for State Quota.
