ABV IIIT is one of the Institutes of National Importance. It offers courses in branches which have a high demand in the Indian IT service industry and thus you should not be worried about placements. The institute is improving at a rapid rate and almost all the students are placed due to being just one branch and comparatively less number of students. 

Though the average package is a very decent one (in and around 7-9lpa) but you can be assured that almost 95% of students will be getting placed. Though, a good package will be difficult to come. I am saying all this on the basis of my colleagues currently studying in IIITGwalior. You can search for Uththan, the journalism club of the college regarding their series on placement (in YouTube).
