According to the Bulletin of information for admission to under graduate courses releaseed by the Delhi university, it's mentioned tha the change of streams will lead to the deduction of total 5% from the aggregate of best 4 %.
As have studied Sciences in your school but now wants to take admission in BA hence thus % of deduction will be done from your best four %.
