As per the tag mentioned by you in the question you are seeking expected marks for admission to MBBS course offered by AIIMS,

Since the counselling for this year is not yet concluded so we cannot get finalized cut-offs for now for any of the AIIMS so I can guide you on the basis of previous year's cut-offs of AIIMS through NEET UG. So if we go through previous years cut-offs then according to that, you have good chances of getting AIIMS only if you are able to score 660+ in NEET UG 2022 being a General category candidate.
