Dear Mayank
I would like to tell you that Cut off of any Examination is determined by

Level of difficulty of the paper
Previous years cutoff
Total number of candidates who appeared for exam
Total number of seats as per the category and reservation policies

Previous year cut off of CNLU for

general category is around 1100
sc/ st category is around 16000-17000
State economically backward class is 9000
