Both the colleges are good and well established. The campus of CTAE is better as compared to MBM Jodhpur. The branches available at MBM are more in number as compared to CTAE. 

Else everything is almost same. But the difference occurs in placements. In some branches CTAE is better than MBM such as mining, agriculture. And MBM has better placements in branches like CS,ECE etc. I don't think there is much difference between the two.
