For a general candidate, it is advised to aim for more than 160 marks in JIPMER MBBS Entrance Exam. For OBC candidate, more than 153 marks should get admission. 

SC candidates must focus on getting more than 142 marks, and ST candidates must try to get more than 123 marks.

As per JIPMER MBBS Cut Off 2018, if you belong to general category are required to score equivalent to a minimum of 50th percentile in order to qualify JIPMER MBBS entrance exam. However, SC/ST/OBC category candidates are required to score at least 40th percentile as per JIPMER MBBS Cut Off 2018.
