Hello dear student,
As you asked for the bsc agriculture in banaras hindu university. So out of 300 you should get around 180-200 marks as you also have an advantage of SC category, but still to be on safer side it's better you obtain safer marks as well because every year competition is increasing. And more number of students are getting aware . I hope you understand this.

Right now,It is hard to make prediction regarding marks that can fetch you seat...As this totally depends upon level of paper and Number of Aspirants..
For safe side you can take figure as 140+.
