Hi you should have well study through out year and you should target 560+ marks in neet ug 2018 and it is also depend upon from which region of Maharashtra you r completed your 12 if you from rest of Maharashtra then you can get admission easily as native are preferred for70%  quota and if you r from vidharb or marathwada then you should have study hard to get your college of dream as it matters for 30% when u r other than rest of Maharashtra for 70% cutoff is some what low and for 30% it goes high and it also depends on your category
