Medical education in government medical colleges are very cheap and almost cost nothing.

With aiims, maulana abdul kalam azad, vmmc delhi, kgmc , the fees for 4.5 years comes around 50 to 60 thousand. The cutoffs of these colleges are very high and the closing rank is within AIR 500

On the other hand private medical colleges cost 2 lakhs per year to 20 lakhs per year 

The cutoffs of these colleges are less, 400 to 500 marks in  NEET are sufficient
