Hi Aksheeta,
There is no deduction for including Physical Education in the best four, but for stream change there is a deduction. This deduction varies from college to college and course to course. Some colleges do not have any deduction at all.
Mention the name of the college of Delhi University which you want to apply for, in the comments and we will be able to assist you better.
