Basically to get any NIT you have to score 94 percentile jee main.

But in some case there is a variation because the minimum percentile and cut offs are change year after year. This happen due to the number of students appeared in the examination and the question difficulty level.

Also if you have a special character certificate then also you can able to  have a chance but in this case also you have to score 85 percentile.
