With reference to your query , I would glad to inform you that for getting admission in IIIT hyderbad you percentile should be above atleast 99percentile for general category in computer science and electrical stream . You rank must be in the range of 1432 - 1610 . As the college is of tier-1 category and onee of top most engineering is the reason of high cut off

In 2019 the cut off percentile to get admission to B.E/B. Tech through JEE Main in International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad was as follows

• Electronics and Communication Engineering: 99.929344
• Computer Science and Engineering: 99.958238

Considering the given cut off you need to secure 99.9 percentile or above in JEE Main. To score such percentile you need to score minimum 250-270 marks or above in JEE Main. Cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam and number of seats available etc.
