Hi,
Hope you are doing great. See, rank and percentage does vary every year due to different hardness of question papers, number of candidates appeared for the examination and so many other factors. So, it can not be predicted like that, exactly. Now, JEE Advanced does not declare CRL rank. They just tell the category rank. Here you did not mention your preferable branch. So, I am telling you the last rank as well as the best rank through which you will get whichever branch you want.
From previous year data, you will be needed at least 5500 rank to get into IIT Madras (61.61%); 6000 rank to get into IIT Bombay (60.42%); 6500 rank to get into IIT Delhi and IIT Kharagpur (59.23%); 7000 rank to get into IIT Kanpur and IIT Roorkee (58.33%).
If you want to get any branch in those IITs, then you will be needed 300 rank in IIT Bombay (86.9%); 350 rank in IIT Madras (86%); 400 rank in IIT Delhi (85.42%); 500 rank in IIT Kharagpur (84.23%); 600 rank in IIT Kanpur (83.04%) and 900 rank in IIT Roorkee (80.36%).
Hope this helps
