In 2016, in case of Open Category , the closing rank was around 2,200 for Homestate and 400 around for Other State. For OBC , around 1500 for Homestate OBC ppl and 150–180 for Otherstate OBC ppl.

either way you shall prepare for the best and score more than 250 points!

If you are aiming for CSE at NIT TRICHY and not having home state advantage then you need to score around 280 plus in JEE MAIN.

Look cut off varies every year but according to past year cut offs You need score 250+ to get NIT TIRUCHIRAPPALLI..

It's last round cutoff was 3000 approx. So, u have to score above 240

I am in obc category , and not in home state. Doest it matters

For obc category rank will vary then u have to score above 205 approx.... But aim high marks... All the best
