Hello...

Candidates can refer to the cutoff of IIST B.Tech admission for past five years by clicking on the below link.
The previous years cutoff can be used by candidates to have an idea of the cutoff for the present year and calculate their chances of admission based on it.

Hello,

But to qualify for applying to IIST, you need to score some minimum marks in JEE Advanced. For general category, candidate needs to score minimum 6 marks in each subject and a minimum aggregate of 72 out of 360 in JEE ADVANCED to be eligible to apply for B.Tech/Dual degree admission in IIST.
