Cutoffs changes each and every year as it is dependent upon various factors like, Number of Students appearing for the exam, Difficulty of the paper etc,

But in general if you consider previous cutoffs then you need to get a rank around 8k to get CSE, 11k to get ECE and 12k to get Information Technology. In short you will have to get 99+ percentile.
