It's really difficult to predict marks required to get a seat in AIIMS
This because this us the first time when AIIMS will be conducting admission through neet , also cut off marks for medical colleges  depends upon various factors like

• number of students that appeared in the exam,
• kind of marks obtained by them ,
• toughness level of the examination etc.

but considering the huge competition for Aiims , you should target around 680 + marks .
