You can pursue computer science engineering at any institute in India  provided you may have given entrance exams like JEE Mains and Advance, BITSAT, NMAT, SET, MHTCET, VITEEE, SRMJEEE, WBJEE etc. JEE  MAINS AND Advance is an all India entrance test whereas other entrance exams are for different states like WBJEE is for West Bengal , BCECE is for Bihar state , MHT CET is for Maharashtra state . It is not mandatory to give all entrance exams mentioned above , but JEE MAINS AND ADVANCED is a must if you want to apply for engineering and by which you can apply at any institute all over India .
