Hi Nashrath.
In all government Medical colleges 15% seats are for the all India Quota. A candidate needs to get 50th percentile to get qualified for neet UG exam. However to get into the counseling process you need to score above the required cutoff that may vary with different colleges. There is no reservation for OBC M category in the all India Quota but you have reservation in the 85% state Quota. With your score I doubt if you can get into government colleges as the cutoff for your category is generally above 300. You still have hopes in the private colleges.
You can predict your college using:

Hi,
Inorder to apply for the all india quota counselling you need to register in the mcc site and pay the necessary registration fee.
The all india counselling is held for 15% seats pf government medical colleges and central universities. In addition to this the counselling for deemed universities also is done along with AIQ counselling.
With your score you should try for deemed universities, as chances will be high there.
Chances of gettinhmg a govt seat is very bleak both under the 15% aiq as well as 85% state quota.
You also have the option of trying in the private colleges.
