No, maths is not compulsory to take admission in Bcom Honors in GGSIPU, Delhi. You just have to clear the Entrance Exam. There is basic maths required but it is easily Managed.
Forms for the same are out for 2019 and the last date for submission Of Application form is 22 April, 2019.Eligiblity Criteria 2019 for bcom is :-
Candidate should have secured 50% as an aggregate in higher secondary.And should be passed in 5 subjects.
I advice you to go through the eligiblity criteria once, otherwise your form will be cancelled.
