Hello,
You can get admission in IIST through jee advanced exam or you can appear for it's own entrance exam.And ISRO recruits students of IIST if their performance (all) is very good.You can click below given link to check cutoff details of IIST through jee advanced:

IIST Btech Aerospace Engineering Admission for 2018 shall be conducted by JEE Advanced in 2018.
One can also appear for IIST entrance exam.

ISRO has veen prominent recruiter for various roles into Aircraft maintenance ,space and shuttel design, Quality assurance and development etc.
