Hey Kavya! You can definitely sit in the second round of counselling but the dates have not been announced till date. Sri Venkateswara University  has not yet announced the AP ICET 2019 second counselling dates and will wait till the candidates finally report to the allotted college. Instead of instantly going for AP ICET 2nd counselling 2019, the SVU will first use the waiting list prepared in the first phase of AP ICET 2019 counselling.
