Hi I got seat in 1st phase councelling and paid fee but cancelled it later through online now can I join in the same college

Once if the seat is cancelled then it is cancelled either you cancel it through online or through offline. But you can contact them and know whether your seat it there or not. If it got cancelled then it's difficult to get seat in the same college again.
