Delhi University hasn't yet released the application form of BEd for this year, registration process for various undergraduate and postgraduate courses were to commence by 2nd April but got postponed further, as of now there's no official date known or provided by concerned authorities, you can stay updated at the official website of Department of Education,University of Delhi at http://cie.du.ac.in/

And talking about form fill-up, it's fairly easy,you need to register with your email-id and mobile number by providing the personal details and filling in other academic details as required, upload the required documents,photo,signature etc as usually happens in any entrance test, you may consider through previous year prospectus provided at the website I mentioned above.
