No,but for those students who cannot make it to a regular courses in delhi university due to their high cut offs,there is an option to apply in school of open learning at delhi university where you can apply for your desired course.The difference would be only that you will give your exams annually in delhi university but preparing for it by staying at home,it is basically a open board system.i hope this information helps you.
