The answer to your question is there is no way you enroll for any course even in school of open learning without qualifying the minimum eligibility criteria (For more information refer this link: https://university.careers360.com/articles/du-sol-eligibility-criteria ) If possible you can try for some approach (which I am not aware whether is works or not).
