Hi Rahul,
Sorry to say that, NLU's doesn't provide 3 yr LLB course. NLU has 5 year integrated LLb course like B.A LLB, B.COM LLB, BBA LLB.
Other Universities offering 3 year LLB after graduation are

Delhi University-Entrance Test
BHU - UET Test
Jindal Global Law School
Punjab University
LAWCET entrance exam for AP Universities
Kerala Government Law college.
MD University
