There are over 70 colleges affiliated to Delhi University.All the colleges have different cutoff each each.Admission in based on class 12th percentage.
If you want to get admission in top college of DU like Hans Raj College, St. Stephens College, Ramjas College, Miranda house then you need to get percentage above 95 in your 12th.The better the percent, better the college you will get.
