Hey!There

For that you have to contact College in which you have allotted.They will suggest you about procedure of refund.From my point of view,you won't get refund from from JOSSA site.So kindly contact through helpline number of that College.

No, jossa seat acceptance fee can be refunded.up to 5th round you have chance to get your fee back

No need to go to the college,fee will be refunded by online reporting
