Firstly you need to fix an aim and realise how badly you need to get a seat in the top medical college. You need to have a clear vision of what you want.Next start your preparation early.Know your subjects well and study daily.Studying from a good study material and daily practice are the two main keys for improvement. And ample amount of rest along with study is important.
To increase interest in physics and chemistry you need to understand and grasp the concepts clearly. Then only if you understand your subjects you will find them interesting.
