The Air India releases requirement application forms every year. This year it will be released in March, that is, March 2020. The basic procedure for a fresher to join cabin crew is - when the application forms are released, you fill the form and submit. Obtain admit card. Sit for the written examination. Once selected you are called for the interview and medical and physical test. Once selected here, you are sent for the training. The rest of the things depend on how experienced you are.
