Spot counselling means offline counselling they put all the seats  which are left over in all the colleges in spot counselling if you have got a college in any online round and not satisfied with the college you got in counselling then you can go for spot counselling the procedure is very simple you just have to go to the the specific place where the counselling takes place then after completing process over there helpers will be available at counselling place to guide you and based on your rank  you will get admission in left over colleges rest of the procedure is same as online round
