When you will be alloted a seat in IIT Kanpur or any of the Institute through COAP Counselling you must have received and admission/selection letter in which your allotment detalis and payment details are mentioned.

You can check it out there and can pay the acceptence fee from the method which is written in your allotment/selection letter.
