I will suggest you to assign 2 days of a week for preparation of every subject and solve mock tests on the weekend for the units that you have prepared for that week. This will help you understand better which units need more preparation and how much you have understood from those units. Also don't keep anything for optional.

BITSAT has same syllabus as of JEE mains.You doesn't require any extra preparation for BITSAT in phy,chem and mathematics.It has aptitude and English portion which demand practice .You can improve these two portion before 3 moths of examination.But ,One thing keep in mind BITSAT demands time management you have to increase problem solving skills in minimum time,which is only possible by practicing and solving previous and sample papers of BITSAT.Otherwise all are same.
