• Writing abilities
• Attitude and Aptitude Level
• Interaction skills
• Decisiveness

Group discussion round whereby q group of 8-9 candidates is formed and given a topic to discuss. The round can be conducted in both online and offline modes and the time duration is usually 20-30 minutes.
